Shipping

Everything ships within 1-2 weeks. sometimes longer depending on the order.
Orders with custom molds can take up to 3 weeks but they have never taken this long. It’s all based on design time and approval of the design then printing of the design and pouring of the silicone then the baking and decorating time.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer returns as orders are made custom. A replacement item will be sent if there is an issue, but you must provide proof of issue within 12 hours of getting the item.
