Freshies start with unscents aroma beads. These beads are placed in a mason jar with scented oils for 7-10 days until the beads are dry and have absorbed all the scent.

Beads are colored with mica powder. There are hundredes of colors of this powder to try and get whatever color someone wants. However keep in mind there is no way to get a 100% exact color match because the beads play a role in how much color they grab or what tint they have to them after curing. Some of them will turn a yellow color and getting those to take lighter colors is sometimes not easy.

Once the beads are cured and they color has been decided the beads are placed in the mold of choice. They are the placed in the oven to bake. Once baked the decorating starts

Once baked and cool is when the freshis comes to life. Freshie will be painted, glitter added and fringe. Each freshie can be customized.

If you've never used one before, you're probably thinking, "what in the world is a 'freshie'?" Well, they're hanging air fresheners that can be used in your car, your locker, your drawers, closet, etc.

How long does a car freshie smell last?
In general, Car Freshies last 3-6 weeks. Stronger scents last around 6+ weeks and lighter scents last around 3 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: Most people will start to get use to the scent after a few days. Other people will still smell the scent when you are no longer able to. If you are unable to smell the scent after several days either ask someone who doesn’t ride in your vehicle if they can smell it or pleace the car freshiner back in it’s package and seal it. Wait 5 days then put it back in your car again.
